House Passes Bill on Non-Tax State Revenue
The House of Representatives finally passed the Bill on Non-Tax State Revenue on 26 July 2018, which replaces Law No. 20 on 1997 on Non-Tax State Revenue.
Minister of Trade Delegates Trade-Sector Licensing to the OSS System
In order to comply with Regulation of the Government No. 24 of 2018 on Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services, the Minister of Trade has issued Regulation No. 77 of 2018 on Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services within the Trade Sector.
