Import Provisions for Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer

Minister of Trade Regulation No. 03/M-DAG/PER/1/2012 on Import Provisions for Imported Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (“Regulation”) has been issued to implement the 1985 Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and 1987 Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer.
