All use of Hukumonline English, including all content, information, and services provided, is subject to the following terms of use (ìTermsî), which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PT Justika Siar Publika. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You agree that all aspects of the relationship between you and PT Justika Siar Publika (including agents and employees of PT Justika Siar Publika) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, excluding choice of law rules. You acknowledge that the courts of the Republic of Indonesia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any complaint, demand, claim, proceeding or cause of action, whatsoever arising from or in connection with any aspect of your relationship with PT Justika Siar Publika.

PT Justika Siar Publika retains the copyright to all of the content published on Hukumonline English, and grants you a nonexclusive, non-transferable, revocable, licence to access and make personal use of the content provided.

No part of the materials available on Hukumonline English may be copied, downloaded, stored in a retrieval system, further transmitted or otherwise reproduced, stored, disseminated, transferred, or used, in any form or by any means, except with PT Justika Siar Publikaís prior written agreement. Distribution for commercial purposes is prohibited.

And acknowledge that PT Justika Siar Publika will release personally identifying information, even in cases of pseudonym use or anonymous submissions, if ordered to do so by a court.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold PT Justika Siar Publika and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and suppliers harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including legal costs, resulting from any violation of these Terms by you.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
